Convenient location close to the national park. The hotel is located in the mountains, making it a perfect place for nature lovers like me. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast and dinner buffet were great, with a live band performance from 6:30-7:30 pm. The hotel provides shuttle services to the Taichung high-speed rail station, saving me the hassle of renting a car.

This luxurious hotel exceeded my expectations during my romantic escape. The beautiful ambiance and decorations made it feel like we were in a European castle. The swimming pool and other entertainment areas, like the game rooms, provided endless fun and relaxation. The breakfast and dinner buffets were delicious and had a great variety of dishes. We also loved the convenient shuttle service, which saved us the trouble of renting a car and allowed us to easily explore the nearby attractions.

We did encounter some problems during our stay. The beds were incredibly stiff, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

Great location, comfortable beds, and delicious food. the hotel was situated near the Snowflake and Starry Eyes Resorts which gave us access to a variety of winter activities. Our room had comfy beds and blankets which kept us warm in the cold weather. Breakfast had a good selection of local and international dishes. the hotel staff were very welcoming and accommodating.

The room was a bit cramped for a family of four and the bathroom had some minor issues. Though we had a good view of the surroundings, there were no balconies or terraces in our room.

It's just a 10-minute walk from the national park and provides a tranquil environment. the rooms are clean and cozy, with comfortable bedding and a spacious bathroom. Breakfast buffet offers a variety of tasty options, and the gym and swimming pool are great facilities to use after a day of hiking.

The staff seems to lack enthusiasm and friendliness, and this detracts from the overall experience.

This luxury hotel exceeded my expectations with its exclusive amenities. the indoor swimming pool, sauna, and spa centre were top, notch and left me feeling rejuvenated. the restaurant offered mouth, watering dishes and the bar/lounge area had a great atmosphere. the room was spacious and well, equipped with private facilities, making the stay comfortable and enjoyable.

The service was not up to par. Despite requesting a late checkout, I was not allowed to stay past the standard time.
